10 SSH 9 Burpees
Dora: Grab a battle buddy and a block, mosey to the basketball court. Total body beat down to include 2000 repetitions. Partner sprints from the court to the end of the parking lot and back. OHP x 200, Curls x 200, Merkins x 200, LBC x 200, American Hammers x 200, Flutter Kicks x 200, Squats x 200 (And this is were we ran out of time). The remaining exercises were calf raises x 200, pull over x 200, and lunges x 200.
